The Sienna Village is a 3 star property which was started in the year 2000 and spreads over an area of 5 acres. It is a large property and offers some delightful spaces within its premises. The hotel is located as a lone structure 22 kilometres from the main Munnar town, 130 kilometres from Cochin airport and 130 kilometres from Aluva railway station.

The Deluxe rooms are further divided into 2 types which are lower level cottage and upper level cottages. All the rooms have wooden flooring and the Deluxe rooms and Suites have fireplaces.
The Suites are allotted larger spaces with a large dining room and drawing room which are furnished with smart and well-tailored blue sofas, television, fireplace and another demarcated space with a smart, square glass top dining table for four. There is also a wooden bar counter and bedroom on a higher level with grey carpeted flooring. The attached washrooms have luxurious toiletries. The rooms cater to families, people travelling in groups and couples as well.

It serves a buffet breakfast (7:30 am to 9:30 am), a la carte lunch (12:00 noon to 3:30 pm) and buffet dinner (7:30 pm to 9:30 pm). It is furnished with elegant wooden chairs and tables. There is also Village County Restaurant, which is an al fresco dining space and serves a multi cuisine dinner buffet from 7:30 pm to 9:30 pm. It has a sheltered area as well, which is a shack made of wood, bamboo and elephant leaves. It is a perfect place for an evening meal with family or friends.
