A tall white washed building on the main road, the Avenue Centre is a cozy looking place dotted with plants and beautiful pictures on the wall. The lobby is on an elevated area, while the reception and restaurant are located on a lower platform.

The beautiful hotel has a total of 21 rooms standing in harmony on the 3rd and 4th floors of the hotel. The total of 21 rooms is divided into 10 Standard rooms, 9 deluxe rooms and 2 Suites. Each room is artistically decorated with all the modern facilities backed with a full fledged service. The Deluxe room is a spacious white tiled room with twin/double beds with facilities such as full length mirror, study table, telephone, luggage rack, satellite television, mini bar, cupboard and a separate seating area. The bathroom is clean with a range of facilities like a bathtub, running hot and cold water, soap, shampoo, moisturizer and telephone. There is an additional complimentary snacks basket and fruit platter in the Deluxe room. The Standard room is smaller in size, but has the same facilities as the Deluxe room. However, there is no mini bar here. The Suites are the biggest rooms here with a separate living cum dining room and a separate bedroom. They have a dining table and sofa set in the living room and the same facilities as the Deluxe room in the bedroom. Both the Deluxe room and Suites have internet connection as well. The location of the rooms in the topmost floors ensures complete privacy of the guests.

Barring the rooms, another thing to look out in this place is their multi cuisine restaurant, Hot Plate, with Keralan cuisine as specialty. The place serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Open from 7:00 am till 11:00 pm, the hotel can accommodate 65 persons. This beautiful restaurant has a glass wall for natural light to sieve through and also has loads of absurd paintings on the wall.

The hotel is flanked by 2 air conditioned Conference Halls, each with a capacity of 650 - 700 persons each. Incidentally, these are also the second largest halls in Cochin. The Ashoka and the Diwans as they are called are backed with a full fledged secretarial service as well. Besides these, there are 3 smaller halls, Maurya with a seating capacity of 175 persons, Chanakya for 45 persons and a Boardroom for a small gathering of 10 - 12 persons at the maximum.
